Anyone interested in improving their health and supporting others on the same mission is invited to join. It doesn’t matter what kind of shape you are in. You can just be trying to start living healthy lifestyle or you can be a hardcore fitness fanatic. Your goals are your own. No judgements just a healthy, fun community.

Just 20 minutes a week!

Meet weekly via video chat with other members to share your health successes. We have a quick intro each week and break you out into small groups. You’ll also be invited to our exclusive online forum to view and share workout routines, recipes, relaxation tips and more. 


You’re in charge.

Choose your own workouts. Decide your own nutrition habits. We’ll help keep you on track.

Examples of weekly goals:

I’m going to go to the gym three times this week.

I’m going to find a local bootcamp to join.

I’m going to read a book one hour a day. 

I’m going walk an extra mile each day.

I’m going to download Headspace.

I’m going to share healthy recipes with other members. 

I’m not going to drink soda this week.
